Thyme hydrolat or floral water is obtained from the distillation of the leaves and preserves all the precious characteristics of the plant.    Thyme has antibacterial, antifungal and healing properties.

 The thyme used to produce this hydrolate is grown in the province of Teramo, in a small farm where the flowers and leaves are harvested manually when the plant contains the best of its properties.
