Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Shoulder Huelva 5.25kg

The 100% Iberico Bellota Shoulder comes from our 100% Iberico pigs fed on acorns in the dehesas of the Sierra de Huelva. Artisanal elaboration and slow curing in our dryers to obtain a 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder with black seal. Its exquisiteness is due to the microclimate of the area. Taking great care in its salting and curing we obtain these fabulous pieces. The aging of the shoulder ranges between 15 and 30 months depending on its weight and characteristics, since having more weight, quality and fat infiltration will require more or less time in the cellar to reach its optimum point.
