Label Spruit was founded in November 2020.
Label Spruit is characterized by the use of natural colours. With us you will not find the obvious blue and pink, but calm, soft earth tones and unique items.
All items are handmade: from the clothes to grandma's slippers, the love to lounge cover for the nursing pillow or the soft bedding for the crib and cot. The entire production takes place in the Netherlands and we are proud of that.
Label Spruit wants to leave the world a little better. This is expressed, for example, by purchasing locally, collaborating with a workshop where people with a distance to the labor market are guided, or by using fabrics that are produced fairly and sustainably. For example, we use recycled cotton and all fabrics have an OEKO-TEX characteristic. The standard focuses on limiting the use of harmful substances in relation to the health of the end user.
Although the label therefore focuses on health aspects of the textile product, the guidelines for the use of harmful substances also have common ground with the ecological dimension of sustainability.
