Usage tips GABAsource is preferably taken during morning, midday or evening meals, with a glass of water. Optimal dose: 2 to 6 capsules per day, in 1 or 2 doses. Recommended combinations: CapSérénité® G+; CapSommeil® (do not take them at the same time of day). Precautions for use: Do not combine with taking anxiolytics and/or antidepressants (GABA).
