It is a region that offers good conditions for the development of Aloe Vera because the land is rich in nutrients essential for the growth of the plant. The leaves used are at least 3 years old, the age at which the plant reaches maturity. They are harvested by hand and processed within 24 hours. In order to preserve the qualities of the gel, this entire transformation is carried out cold until the final bottled product is obtained. The gel is not heated, the microbiological quality of the product is ensured by high pressure sterilization, which takes place after bottling.
