We make our harissa the traditional way with only the best ""Baklouti"" chillies, dried in traditional log-ovens to bring you a rich, smokey depth. We don't add any Xantham gum, artificial ingredients, rose petals or other nonsense - It's real harissa made the way it should be, in Tunisia and using only 5, high-quality ingredients.
