Like artisan tools, its genuine leather case, handmade in Italy, protects its mechanism. Without forcing, its thin blades slip between the cork of the stopper and the glass of the neck to open or re-cap a bottle, with a simple turn of the hand. Patented by L'Atelier du Vin since 1949, this opening system allows the cork to be extracted without drilling it, before reinserting it into the neck, as if nothing had happened.
