The bimetal corkscrew, historical professional tool of L’Atelier du Vin since 1949 (patent date), easily extracts corks leaving them intact, even those that are old and fragile. The cap is not pierced, and therefore does not crumble. The Bimetal can also be used to recap the bottle started.
