Cityscape Cushion / London Underground

One of those rare moments, standing on the platform of the London Underground, being completely alone! It’s kind of eery but I had to capture this moment not only in a photograph but also see how it translated into my style of drawing. It is the first interior which I have drawn and I love how the colours and atmosphere reflect through the image. The inner pad is a hollow fibre filling made from recycled PET bottles. There are 23 bottles inside the Cityscape Cushions. The re-use of old bottles reduces Land Fill and also reduces the need of virgin raw materials from natural resources.
