Laurant & D'Anvair Rosé is made of red-fleshed cider apples (Pommes à Chair Rouge) from the orchards of the Cotentin. The manual harvest is followed by a fermentation according to age-old Norman cider traditions to give the purest expression of what cider should be. Characterized by pleasant fruity aromas of blueberries and strawberries and a slightly sweet aftertaste, this Rosé cidre can be drunk as an aperitif, accompaniment to creamy cheeses (Brie & Camembert) and fruity desserts, and as a base for sparkling cocktails. 100% Pure Gravy.
