Cognac - Planat - 10 YEARS - ORGANIC

The 10 Years cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which are ten years old. Selected by the Cellar Master for their ability to age, they are the fruit and the pride of patient work. On the nose: Elegant notes of citrus fruits and candied fruits, delicate vinosity, oxidative aromas characteristic of old cognacs, sustained woody note. On the palate: Beautiful aromatic concentration. The fruity attack (quince jelly, bergamot, sultana grapes) quickly becomes more complex with spicy (cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, blond tobacco) and delicately woody notes. Cocktail: Planat Sidecar.
