 COMPOSITION White tea, green tea, rose petals, aronia, blackcurrant, raspberries, natural organic flavor. Brewing time: 2 minutes Temperature: 70°C Time of day: all day WHITE TEA White tea is the one that undergoes the least transformation. 

The leaves only undergo two treatments: withering, much longer than for other types of tea, then drying. 

Although this transformation seems simple, the preparation of white tea is nevertheless the most delicate. 

It is in fact extremely complicated for the planter to anticipate the moment when the climatic conditions will be perfectly met for the withering of tea in the open air.
