Our Perle de Chocolat N°166 green tea is born from a blend of notes of chocolate and blueberry.

To avoid this fermentation, the leaves are heated suddenly to a temperature of around 100°C (either according to the Chinese method, in a large wok over a fire, or according to the Japanese method, with water vapor ). 

The leaves are then rolled into different shapes depending on traditions and countries (stick, twist, ball, etc.), then dried until they contain only 5% water.
