A delicate and fruity green tea blend with pineapple-strawberry flavor. 

This exclusive Voile de Lumière N°50 blend is based on Chinese Sencha, white tea, Genmaicha, candied pineapple pieces, natural flavors, strawberry slices and sunflower flowers.

 COMPOSITION Sencha green tea, Chun Mee, white tea, Genmaicha, pineapple pieces, natural flavor, strawberry slices, sunflower flowers. Brewing time: 2-3 minutes Temperature: 70-80°C Time of day: all day GREEN TEA Green tea is an unfermented tea. 

To avoid this fermentation, the leaves are heated suddenly to a temperature of around 100°C (either according to the Chinese method, in a large wok over a fire, or according to the Japanese method, with water vapor ). 

The leaves are then rolled into different shapes depending on traditions and countries (stick, twist, ball, etc.), then dried until they contain only 5% water.
