Ammolite and Solid Silver Pendant

950 Silver pendant adorned with a magnificent Ammolite with red reflections. Unique creation made by hand in my workshop and hallmarked with my master's mark. Dimensions: 5 x 2 cm Total pendant weight: 9.61 g The ammolite adorning this silver pendant comes from Canada. Ammolite comes from the fossilized shell of a now-extinct shellfish, the ammonite. The thin, iridescent, multi-colored layer that covers this fossil is called Ammolite. Due to the fineness and fragility of Ammolite, it is worked here in a “triplet” form, which consists of creating a base on the back of the stone to make it more solid, and adding a thin transparent protective layer to its surface to protect it.
