Nero di Troia - Red Wine 2021

Classification: I.G.P.   Puglia Red.   Grapes: Nero di Troia 100%.   Production area: Province of Foggia.   Training system: espalier.   Harvest period: mid-October.   Vinification: after pressing and destemming, the must remains in maceration with the skins for 6-7 days at a thermo-controlled temperature of 25 – 26°C.   Refinement: in steel tanks until bottling.
