Domaine Hudelot "Les Colombières" - Burgundy wine Cotes de Nuits - Burgundy red wine - Vintage 2020 - Organic wine In 1980, Patrick Hudelot took over the family estate to raise it to the current level. Today, the estate supports 22 hectares of vines, it is one of the largest in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits region. In 2000, Patrick Hudelot decided to convert the entire Estate to organic farming to preserve the health of consumers, workers and the surrounding ecosystem. Floors: Clay-limestone Tasting comment: It is undeniable that the wines of the Hautes-Côtes have benefited from the change in climate, and we must count on them in the tastings. Thus, this cuvée " Les Colombières ", from Domaine Patrick Hudelot, from vines between 25 and 35 years old in the 2020 vintage, won us over in tasting. The aromas of red fruits, slightly smoky, and the crunchy touch on the palate are convincing.
