The Hublot 24W Circular Outdoor LED Ceiling Light Ø285 mm IP65 with PIR Motion Sensor and IP65 Emergency Light has a built-in PIR motion sensor and an emergency battery. 

It is powered directly with phase and neutral at 220V AC. 

When it detects movement it will turn on for the time set on the sensor (Choose between 5 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min and 8 min) with a power of 24W and 1920lm and if the wall light stops receiving power it will turn on in Emergency mode up to 3 hours with a power of 3W and 240lm. 

It has an IP65 protection factor that makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
