Chocolate Abuelita is a Mexican cocoa-based product, ideal for a moment of relaxation with family, as a couple or alone.   Pour yourself a nice cup and discover the history of the brand.   This chocolate comes in the form of round bars that can be divided into 1/8 or 1/4 disc pieces and then melted in milk.   A suggested method for preparing Abuelita is to bring a pot of milk (not water) to a boil, add the chocolate bar, and stir continuously using a whisk or molinillo (spoon in whisk-shaped wood from Mesoamerica) until the chocolate is melted and foamy or creamy.
