BELGIAN CRAFT BEER Belgian beer bottle: 75 cl A high fermentation beer that re-ferments in the bottle. Hops: Cryo, Centennial, Magnum, Mosaic, Simcoe, Talus. Gold colour, craft-style, ipa family, aromatic, bitter, hoppy. Appearance: Blond color with a creamy white head, fine carbonation. Aromas: Lots of fruit, mainly grapefruit, hoppy and fresh. Taste: Fresh and pleasant, medium body, hoppy and fruity with a good malt base, subtle bitter finish. Food and wine pairing: Pizza, aged cheese, strawberry tart.
