Latin name: Satureja montana L.  Originally from the Grand Est region Olfactory description: Aromatic perfume which is very reminiscent of that of thyme by the presence of thymol.  We can sense minty and slightly camphor facets but also notes of tea.  Its smell is powerful and pungent and is known for its stimulating properties, which are very useful in cases of fatigue.
