Spontaneous Hot Stout: Spontaneous fermentation (without adding yeast) with those present around us, all this stored in a barrel of St Nicolas de Bourgueil with the addition of pepper and orange peel. So it gives a slightly acidic spicy stout with notes of orange! Beware of sensitive people!
