Les Clefs de la Magie

Eye Candy

THE WEIRD THING OF THE YEAR. A SIDESHOW CLASSIC, PRACTICALLY REMASTERED With the sensational release of "HOOK," Eric Ross stunned the magic community by transforming a stage intrigue into an intimate, up-close thriller. Not only was it exciting, but it was safe, intelligent, and practically designed for the modern artist. Three years later, "Eye-Candy" is the next chapter in this exciting journey. With a borrowed Tic Tac, the spectator places it in the performer's mouth. Slowly but surely, it is pushed through the INNER LAYER of the face and lands in the magician's eye socket! The viewer can even help push the ticking and feel the mass move inside the face. If the audience isn't already scared, you can even eat the tic tac for an extra creepy factor.PRACTICAL FOR THE EVERYDAY ARTISTJust like "hook", "Eye-Candy" has all the amazing elements that make it a practical thriller: A modern accessory, a practical method, easy to set up for travel. The entire effect can be performed surrounded. With nothing else visible to the audience, it really makes you look like a modern magician. It also comes with a carrying case designed to keep your gadget in a safe and sterile condition, and to help you set it up. It is also designed to take up minimal space in pockets.QUALITY MANUFACTURED BY HANSON DOGThe most important part of "EYE CANDY" is that it is designed to be 100% SAFE. That's why the gadget is made of MEDICAL GRADE MATERIALS, the same material used by surgeons for surgical instruments; the gadget will not melt, irritate the skin, crack, or cause any harm to the body. To ensure the gimmick is produced to the highest quality, Eric has partnered with Hanson Chien, one of the most reputable producers of props in the magic field. There have been many versions of this "Object to Eye" plot, but never a professional, dedicated product designed to help you perform this effect in a safe and controlled manner. If you enjoyed the security of the "HOOK", you'll be even more impressed with the "EYE CANDY".EXPERT TRAINING FOR YOUR SAFETYPart of your safety also comes from quality training. Over 40 minutes of expert instruction from Sean Chou, Poker Chen, and Eric Ross, guiding you through safety notes and performance tips, with multiple live and studio performances to show you all the different variations. We even brought in people who had never learned this effect before, and filmed their learning process in real time, from start to finish. ( Spoiler alert: they all succeeded! ) FEATURES Made from medical grade, food safe materials Special carrying case to keep your gadget safe. Minimal pocket space, quick and easy setup No angle restrictions, can be used surrounded SEE WHAT THE PROS ARE SAYING"This is a classic icon with a new gimmick. It is completely harmless to the artist, but seems dangerous to the audience."-Patrick Kun "Eye Candy is the ultimate in eye candy productions! It's a killer effect and fits perfectly into my show!"-Morgan Strebler "The best weird trick of the year! The method sounds crazy, but it is perfectly safe."-Hanson Chien "The most magical tear you'll never let go."-YifEye Candy - Frequently Asked QuestionsIs "Eye Candy" really safe?It is not for nothing that we designed this effect based on "Tic Tacs", a light object with a POLISHED and SMOOTH surface. This is a much, much safer item than other choices previously used in magical plots involving the Eye. As long as you know what you are doing at all times, you are safe. We have done everything on our side to produce the safest accessory and detailed instruction. It's up to you to take care of yourself during the show.Is this product a consumable? Do I need to buy refills? Our gimmick is designed to be reusable and built to last. The only refills you need to buy are the real Tic Tacs you actually eat! ( OUR PRODUCT DOES NOT COME WITH REAL TIC TACS).How long does the installation take?Less than 30 seconds. You can sit anywhere, as long as you're not seen (a bathroom break would do the trick). The carrying case is designed to help you get set up from start to finish, so it should be very easy. Can I do EYE CANDY while wearing contact lenses?Yes. In the trailer, our performers are already wearing contact lenses during the show, so it's definitely possible. We've also provided additional setup and execution tips for performers wearing lenses, to ensure everyone can achieve the effect as intended. Can I REALLY learn this? Is the learning curve very steep? In the tutorial, we invited people who had never done this effect before to learn with us; all of them were able to grasp it within the first few minutes. We've also included Eric Ross's original tutorial to cover all the content from the very beginning of this routine.
