This coffee is grown in the Copan region, which has a remarkable terroir for coffee cultivation, both in terms of the qualities of the soil and its environment and climatic conditions. The cultures evolve in altitude between 900 and 1300 m, the harvest is manual and selective. Wet processed, this coffee reveals a full and tasty cup with fruity and spicy notes.
