This product meets the stability criteria for canned products according to standard NF V08-408. Consumption advice: heat the open jar in a bain-marie or in the microwave without the capsule. Stir and check the temperature before serving ideally with a plastic spoon. For more smoothness, it is advisable to add a drizzle of virgin olive oil and of course organic. After opening, the unheated product can be kept tightly closed for 24 hours in the refrigerator. This recipe is certified Organic Agriculture FR BIO 09.
