The “Madeleine” shot is much more than just an elixir. Inspired by the madeleines of Mont-Saint-Michel, it recalls the stories of ancient pilgrims who, after braving the tides, found refuge in the shop of a welcoming second-hand dealer, in the heart of the cobbled streets. The latter, a lover of the flavors of yesteryear, offered his visitors madeleines flavored with salted butter and vanilla, a comforting sweetness that soothed tired souls. With this shot, you taste all this spirit: each sip takes you back to this frozen moment between sea mist and century-old stones, where the second-hand dealer shared his taste heritage, in homage to the Mont and its legends.
