Our story begins in Les Lecques in a small shop whose business served as a culinary laboratory. It is here that the "well-known" Popol vinegars with fruit pulp, the brand's flagship product, were born.
Our production having grown over the years, our artisanal preparations are now concocted in our premises of more than 1200 m2 near the Castellet circuit in Signes in the Var.
We favor locally sourced raw materials Our products have an optimal use-by date (DLUO) of 3 years after their manufacture and can be kept for a few days in the refrigerator after opening. Our motto: Authenticity, quality, tradition and enhancement of our regional heritage. Historically located in the Lecques district within the municipality of Saint Cyr sur mer (Var), our shop is a reflection of our range.
We are pleased to receive loyal customers throughout the year as well as our holiday friends who come to visit our beautiful region. As a result, we have been awarded the Quality Tourism label, a reward for our commitment in terms of quality of reception and preservation of traditions.
