
Quinoa flour has many nutritional benefits: very digestible, it contains many nutrients good for your health: zinc, iron, vitamins and proteins and is characterized by its richness in calcium. Its slightly bitter hazelnut taste will go very well with your sweet coffee or chocolate preparations. Also ideal for making pancakes, pasta, bread or for thickening sauces and soups. Can be used alone but only use half a quantity compared to conventional flour, or mixed with other flours up to 20/30%.
