 90g of powder + 25 cl of COLD water ≈ 70 bites of 5g (1 cm in diameter) or 30 bites the size of an pomme dauphine. ½teaspoon of dough = 1 bite of approximately 5g Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes before forming the bites. Cooking: Approx.   2 min in the fryer / 4 min in the pan, over low heat.
