Blonde of Saint-Tropez is the child prodigy, born from the know-how of generations of Belgian brewers and the legendary Tropezian art of living. The result, a great refined beer of quality and exception brewed in the VAR at the Brasserie des iles d'or using a high fermentation process which allows the yeast to work over a period of three weeks. Our beer is then naturally sparkling due to further fermentation in the bottle with the addition of a touch of fresh yeast An elegant bottle that is reminiscent of the appearance of a bottle of champagne. The foam and fine bubbles contribute to the sensation of freshness, elegance and length in the mouth.
