"SEA VIEW" Birch Tray

Deco tray in Swedish birch, 38 cm in diameter. Essential decorative object for your tea, coffee or aperitif breaks!!! Manufacturing: In each tray there are between five and eight layers of veneer, between each layer there is a sheet of glue. The craftsman gathers the necessary veneer and glue, adds the pattern and a protective film on the front and back and staples them together. This small bundle is put into a press and with the help of heat and pressure the bundle is made into a tray. After pressing, some adjustments are necessary for the tray to reach its final shape. We put each tray individually into the cutter and the trays get a rounded edge. This makes the tray more comfortable to hold and also improves durability. FSC® certificate
