The LA TORRÉFACTION workshop is dedicated to selecting cocoa beans and green coffee beans from different regions around the world, on the one hand, to make the tastiest chocolates and, on the other hand, to prepare the most aromatic specialty coffees. Dried fruits are also selected, roasted according to unique profiles and ground with a stone mill to make the smoothest and tastiest pastes. Patience, transparency and traditional virtuosity remain the most expressive qualities of the workshop.
