This ritual, also called handfasting or the ritual of bound hands, comes from Celtic tradition. It symbolizes the union of spouses and commitment to each other just before your wedding vows. \n \nFor your wedding ceremony, I recommend choosing a set of ribbons that symbolize the values essential to your love. \n \nThis creation is composed of silk chiffon ribbons, flocked with gold writing, carefully applied by hand one by one. \3 lots available: 1 ribbon, 3 ribbons, 6 ribbons, 9 ribbons or 13 ribbons. \For an intermediate quantity, contact me by message. \n \nThe original ritual consists of 13 ribbons of 13 different colors. Each ribbon symbolizes a value: - Red: Love, passion, strength - Orange: Encouragement, abundance - Yellow: Charm, confidence, joy, balance - Green: Prosperity, charity, health - Blue: Sincerity, devotion, serenity, patience - Purple: Sentimentality, power - Black: Wisdom, success, vision - White: Peace, purity, meditation - Gray: Balance, neutrality - Pink: Happiness, romance, unity, truth - Brown: Home, hearth - Silver: Creativity, values - Gold: Energy, wealth, intelligence, longevity Length: approximately 1.20 m Ribbon width: 4 cm \n \n❥ THE RITUAL PROCESS \nYou can entrust your ribbons to the person who will officiate your ceremony. Your officiant or witnesses will then present each of the ribbons to you and tie your four hands as they go, specifying their value. \n \nYou can also give your ribbons to your witnesses or some of your guests so that they can come and tie your four hands themselves, evoking the values and meanings associated with them. \n ❥ CUSTOMIZATION By default, each ribbon will be marked with the value stated above in French, in gold. \nIt is possible to customize the ribbon by changing the text or including other values that suit you better. To do this, please indicate in the customization window the desired ribbon color with the corresponding value (one value per ribbon).
