THE 2022 HARVEST IS AVAILABLE FROM 5/09/2022 Orange blossom water, or hydrolat, is a product that has been known for centuries for numerous applications: cosmetics (soothes sensitive or oily skin) soothing, relieves stress, the mind, helps to find sleep in adults and children, digestive.Very used in the kitchen in sweet preparations (desserts of Christmas, brioches, madeleines) throughout the Mediterranean basin to its exceptional fragrance and its digestive and purifying properties. It is obtained after distillation of the flowers of the bitter orange tree that we picked from our trees in our old citrus groves of Vallauris, Cap d'Ail and Sainte Agnès (near Menton) Available in a Grasse blue glass bottle to protect it from light, made by a craftsman in Grasse.
