St. John's wort herbal tea 40g

_Hypericum perforatum_ St. John's wort herbal tea is made up of flowering tops and flowers picked in spring, on hot, dry days. It is a flower found both on embankments and in mid-mountain fields where the soil has been turned or worked previously. When we pick it we have red fingers: these are the hypericin molecules, present on the leaves as thousands of tiny translucent "holes" lined with glands black, causing photosensitization phenomena. This is as well as it is a plant renowned for its virtues to drain the liver and help blood circulation. DIRECTIONS * Apply directly to the skin: anti-inflammatory, circulatory, digestive. * Very good for moisturizing the skin after sun exposure, mild burning or in case of cold sores. MANUAL In infusion: two pinches of plants for 1 litre, in a pot of cold water, boil and turn off under the pot in the first broth, leave to infuse for 5 minutes, covered WARNINGS Do not expose yourself to the sun in after taking a cup of herbal tea, prefer taking herbal tea in the evening at bedtime. ANECDOTES It is called "St John's herb" (its Anglo-Saxon name known) or grass with a thousand holes or Devil hunting!
