A very beautiful vineyard, in organic conversion and an infinitely recyclable can filled with a wine, red, fresh, gourmet and fruity. 100% Gamay. Manual harvest. Canning at the estate. It imposes its frankness on the length. Anything but a cheap wine. Better, a beautiful tool of initiation. This wine was tasted recently at home rather than at the tasting last November of wine in alternative packaging. Grown on pink granite at Miss Vicky's family property, Ch des Moriers. Pretty deep crimson for a beaujolais. Lots of oomph and concentrated Gamay fruit. A wine you might be quite impressed by if it were poured from a bottle (it's available in bottles also). No hurry to drink this, though perhaps the fact it's in a can suggests one should drink it within a year or so – but only because of the package, not the wine.
