Raspberry striped Philippine dress

The Philippine dress is delicate and romantic with its ruffled straps crossed in the back. Very cute with its pretty raspberry stripes. A favorite from last summer, the delicate Philippine dress is back this season. The straps are adjustable thanks to two heights of mother-of-pearl buttons.
