Besserat De Bellefon - Bleu Brut - Box of 2 Flutes is made with a process implemented in 1930 by the unique Maison Besserat De Bellefon. The use of draft liquor is reduced resulting in a lighter and more airy mousse, a smooth, creamy and persistent mousse. This Bleu Brut has not undergone malolactic fermentation. Aged for 3 years on lees, it will be wonderful with roast poultry, white meat in sauce or even with feathered game.
