The minerals and fiber come as an extra from the 4 different cereals, distinctly so from the "spent grains" - barley that was crushed and added to hot water during the first brewing phase. The taste of NO WASTE is definitely cocoa flavored. Lightly sweetened: only 10 gr honey per 100 gr portion of granola. Pairs well with an almond butter and ripe banana smoothie.
