Zesty granola

A simple, yet perfect homage to the combination of orange zest and dark chocolate, with a hint of ginger spice. Crunchy bites fusing the velvety sweetness of pumpkin and the slight bitterness of orange peel. Lightly sweetened: only 8 gr coconut blossom syrup per 100 gr portion of granola. Pairs well with full fat Greek yogurt.
