Our Spiced Mead is a legend in a glass. It is produced by traditional methods only at our winery on Holy Island (see also our History). St Aidan’s winery stands in the clear unpolluted atmosphere of this most beautiful island. It has an ABV of 14.5% and is a haunting taste of honey surrounded by a warmth of spices that comes to life once warmed.
