Guaranteed without theine, to be enjoyed at any time. Rooibos is not tea! From a shrub planted in the mountains north of Cape Town, it is part of the Fabaceae family and means red bush. So, since rooibos is not considered tea, it can be drunk all day and even in the evening. However, be sure to let it infuse enough tea to release all its aromas and beneficial substances.
