The bottom has a pebble color and is made of stretchable terry cloth. It is nice to combine with the wrap sweater. The fabric is well stretchable and there is no elastic in it. For the newborn line I chose soft and neutral colors. This baby fabric consists of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.
