Chili garlic sauce

The garlic sauce with extra oomph.  At some point it's garlic, and then it's just garlic.  But with the light chili note that we have conjured up here, the rocket takes off.   Not so spicy that it hits your tongue burns away and you can't taste anything afterwards. But exactly right to add some twist to your favorite food
