50% off the profits of the book go to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation. A stunning collaboration between Shropshire artist Meg Hawkins and leading wildlife conservation charity, the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF), sees the launch of a gorgeous new book this week. Step into the Wild is a wonderful children’s book which Meg has written and beautifully illustrated. It’s a joyous celebration of wilderness creatures whose homes we all need to protect. Take a walk through the animal world with elephants, rhinos, snow leopards, sloths and many more, enjoying the unique characters Meg has bought to life. It’s a book that will truly delight young minds and hopefully encourage us all to appreciate the natural world around us just that little bit more. This is Meg’s first professional collaboration with the foundation but she’s no stranger to their work having admired and supported them for some time. 50% of the profits from Step into the Wild will go to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF), helping them further their incredible work protecting the world’s most beautiful and endangered animals.
