Where Our Story Begins
Little Olive Oil was created to share the exceptional extra virgin olive oils of Albania. Founder Herman Pobrati grew up spending summers in his family’s groves and taking their olives to the local mill, a tradition still observed across the country today. Local family farmers harvest their olives and deliver them to trusted regional mills, producing fresh extra virgin olive oils shaped by generations of knowledge. Albania is also emerging as a new Mediterranean travel destination, making this the perfect time to introduce its rich food culture and longstanding olive-growing heritage to a wider audience. Our extra virgin olive oils are sourced from mills that work closely with local family farmers in regions where olives have been a part of daily life for centuries. We bottle this collection in modern 100 percent recycled aluminium to help preserve flavour and freshness.

Our mission is to introduce high-quality Albanian extra virgin olive oils to Europe in a modern and meaningful way.
