This extra virgin olive oil is made with green olives of the Argudell variety, native to the region, harvested manually in October at their peak ripeness. Obtained from the first cold pressing and unfiltered, it preserves all the nuances of a unique green oil. Its fresh aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut grass, and its fruity flavor, with bitter and spicy notes, makes it the perfect companion for salads, fish, meat, and bread. After harvesting, the juice is naturally decanted, providing a superior character and unique texture. It is produced only for a few weeks a year, making it an exclusive and very limited oil. Each 0.5L bottle is presented in an elegant case, also ideal for gifting and sharing on special occasions.
