Organic DAO Raspberry Tart

Our DAO tart is a well-known pastry from the Southern Alps, made from a traditional recipe: a good shortcrust pastry, a generous coating of raspberry jam and a star of pastry for decoration. This artisanal creation is made with flour purchased locally and fresh butter.
