Charlotte Green Dress

Long green printed dress with V-shaped neckline.   Decorated with an elastic gather under the chest and a ruffle on the skirt that goes from the top left to the bottom.   A small ruffle falls on the shoulders.   This garment is different because of its design, it is shorter in the front than in the back.    It is worked through a manual process that gives the garment a unique appearance.
