PEANUT TOFU - 100g - Japanese dessert

Japanese dessert made from peanut paste with a slightly elastic texture, similar to tofu. It comes with a soy powder to sprinkle on top. Very silky and fresh on the palate, it will perfectly round off your meals or gourmet breaks. This peanut "tofu" therefore contains no soy, but only four ingredients: - Peanuts in the form of peanut paste - Kuzuko (starch powder made from kuzu root) - Brown sugar from Kikai Island in southern Japan - Salt from Goto Island (Nagasaki Prefecture) Preparation Remove the tofu from the mold, then add the brown sugar and soy powder. HAS enjoy chilled.
